Refund policy

Customers have fourteen (14) calendar days from the day following the receipt of the products subject to the contract to inform etnnic.com of your intention to return one or all of the products in the order. To proceed with the return, the user must send an email to the email address info@etnnic.com indicating:

  • Full name of the user.
  • Contact number (preferably mobile number).
  • Date of the order.
  • Name and value of the products to be returned.
  • Reason for the return.

Once etnnic.com receives your request, the customer will be contacted to coordinate the means of delivery of the products, and the amount paid by the User will be reimbursed within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from the receipt of the returned product in perfect condition.

In case of payment by credit/debit card or PayPal, etnnic.com will pay the amount of the return using the same payment method. If the payment was made by bank transfer, the User must provide an account number to make the corresponding payment.

Returns for serious defects in the merchandise or verified errors in the order They will be carried out at no cost to the user. In these cases, etnnic.com will refund the price of the products and the corresponding shipping costs.

It is considered serious defect any problem that prevents the normal use of the product, with no possibility of simple repair. In cases where the product has minor necessary adjustments or minor repairs, etnnic.com may offer holder, thus avoiding the return of the item and will not be considered a serious defect.

To request a default return, the customer must provide photographic or videographic evidence that shows the problem. The Etnnic team will evaluate each case and determine if it is a serious defect that justifies the return without shipping costs.

If the return is motivated by reasons other than defects or errors in the order, etnnic.com will refund the price of the products, but the user must bear the shipping and/or collection costs.

To consider the return valid, the product may have been tested in a similar way to how it would be tested in a physical store, without exceeding a maximum use of 200m meters. No refund will be accepted if the product has been used excessively or if it has been damaged during the time it was in the User's possession. Therefore, the User must be careful with the product (s) while they are in their possession.

No returns will be made of products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, or of products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly. Nor will we accept returns of products that have been used excessively, unsealed, opened, or that do not include their original packaging in the same condition in which they were delivered.
